PASCAL´s vacuum packaging table is a simple, quick solution for the packaging of small and medium sized products. The design allows, with few modifications, either to seal bags or to couple it with an automatic production line. This piece of equipment is ideal for packing: meat, cheese, charcutery, fish, milky products, coffee, vegetables, meals, bread, etc. Due to its compact size and four-wheel displacement, this table is easily transportable inside the facilities to carry out the work.

Features

The size of its lid and double-sealing bar, which have a useful length of 660 mm., enables to use the table optimally with different bag and product types and sizes. This piece of equipment can pack, for example: two pizzas, with a production of 300 pizzas per hour, including the operator´s loading and unloading task. Three bar cheese; with a production of 450 cheeses per hour, including the operator´s loading and unloading task. Seven packs of 1 kg fresh pasta (with modified atmosphere), with a production of 1000 packages per hour including the operator´s loading and unloading task and the inert gas injection.
 
1- Transparent acrylic visor lid: Enables the visual inspection and follow up of the packaging cycle to guarantee its maximum quality.
2- Programmable digital command board: Once the lid is closed, the packaging process begins; vacuum, inert gas injection (optional), chamber sealing and ventilation, which is fully automatic.
3- Double seam sealant: Provides a high security sealing to the package.
Equipped with a PASCAL vacuum pump, with a 2HP engine to be connected to a 380 V three phase earthed grid, which is incorporated into the equipment. The table can have an inert gas injection system for compensated vacuum (optional), which inhibits the bacterial activity, oxidation and fungi formation, preserving the product´s hygiene and fresh conditions, and ensuring their optimal presentation.
