PASCAL´s dosage plunger piston
pumps provide a wide range of models enabling to select different
volumes to meet all the usage needs.
These models are suitable for pumping and dosing at low, medium or
high pressure. They enable to measure and pour all types of non-abrasive,
inert and corrosive filtered liquids from one vase to another; acids,
alkali, alcohols, disincrustants, greases, pastes, fuels, etc. |

Dosage is achieved through the reciprocating motion
of the plunger piston, guided to avoid lateral pressures on the connecting
rod.
The chamber volume (head-diaphragm) can be enlarged or reduced. A
set of valves takes advantage of this difference in order to measure
and pump the liquid to be dosed. |

1. Volume
regulation. The DRPG models have a special volume regulation feature.
From the exterior of the pump, the rod travel is modified changing
the eccentricity of the crankshaft composed by an eccentric axis-splint
set (pat. 76254). |
