Dosage is achieved by the reciprocating motion of
the diaphragm (controlled by the volume regulator)
The chamber volume (head-diaphragm) can be enlarged or reduced. A
set of valves takes advantage of this difference in order to measure
and pump the liquid to be dosed. |

Due to their multiple alternatives, they are used
in: water treatment plants (for the injection of chemical products
involved in the process), dosage of sodium hypochlorite in water wells,
cisterns, industrial effluents, swimming-pools, boiler disincrustants,
dosage of iodine in salt purification, press filters and wool laundries.
In food, chemical, wine, petrochemical and other industries.
This variety of uses is achieved due to the wide range of products,
both regarding volumes and pressures and the elements that are in
contact with the fluids to be dosed.
The user has innumerable options to be adjusted to his/her needs.

PASCAL´s dosage pumps, like the rest of our
pumps, are designed to demand the minimum maintenance requirements.
The parts in contact with the fluid to be dosed are made of: Polypropylene
/PVC, and the joints are made of VITON, being possible to choose other
materials according to the pumped fluid.
In special designs, our pumps offer separate chamber heads with diaphragm
failure detector. |
